A servo alarm for the 5th to 8th axis (or 5th and 6th axis) indicating a watchdog or RAM parity error, or a sub-CPU watchdog alarm has occurred. To resolve the issue, replace the axis control PC board (axis/display card) or the sub-CPU board.
