Turn OFF the main power and wait until the CHARGE lamp turns off. Check if the U, V, W power cable screws/connectors are loose and tighten them. Disconnect the power cable from the drive unit and motor, and test for short-circuits between phases with a multimeter. If a short-circuit is found, replace the power cable.
