Check if vibration occurs at the table or spindle during rapid traverse (servo) or acceleration/deceleration (spindle). If vibration caused by load fluctuation is present, set a filter or lower the speed loop gain (SV005 for servo, SP005 for spindle) until the alarm stops occurring.
