Check the drive modules for any active hardware faults (red LEDs or SINAMICS drive alarms on the screen) and resolve those drive faults first. Since alarms numbered 700000 and above are Machine Manufacturer (OEM) PLC alarms, refer directly to your machine tool builder's documentation if there are no drive faults but the issue persists.
