Check the thermal overload relay or motor circuit breaker for the cooling (coolant/hydraulic) motor in the electrical cabinet, and reset it if tripped. Since alarms numbered 700000 and above are Machine Manufacturer (OEM) PLC alarms, check the cooling motor for mechanical blockage and refer directly to your machine tool builder's documentation if the issue persists after resetting.
